A412F-25 P-(3B ) type built-in spring safety valve is specifically designed as a safety accessory for railway tank cars , road tank trucks , and tank containers . When the pressure inside the tank
exceeds the allowable value , the valve disc opens and allows for full discharge to prevent further pressure increase . When the pressure drops to the specified value , the valve closes to protect the safety of the equipment;
b) Applicable temperature: -40℃~65℃;
c) Applicable medium: UNT21 , UN 3394 alkyl aluminum , UN 3399 etc .
The A412F-25 P-(3B) type safety valve is a built-in structure that complies with the HG 3157 "Spring- loaded Safety Valves for Liquefied Gas Tankers" and GB/T 12243 "Spring-loaded Direct Load Safety Valves" standards , implementing the requirements of the State Administration for Market Regulations TSG R0005-2011 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Mobile Pressure Vessels" and being subject to the inspection of the TSG ZF001-2006 "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Safety Valves ." The valve disc of the safety valve adopts a metal-metallic seal structure , where the sealing material is selected to be compatible with various special media , ensuring safer and more reliable sealing. After installation , the height of the safety valve exposed above the tank body is only 7~9 mm , effectively preventing and reducing accidental collisions and impacts during the operation of liquefied gas tankers and tanks . This safety valve has a compact structure , good sealing performance , and features such as rapid opening and stable discharge .
