QQ: How to visit your factory?

we can meet you at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport ( one or two hours fly from Beijin ,Shanghai,Hongkong, Guanzhou )

QQ: What should i do if claims appears?

A

A: When the claims appear, what we need are the pictures of products, use condition brief, the order information.  we will analysize the problem, even field investigation, and work out an final option with customers.

QQ: What is your guarantee?

A: 1 year or 12000km;

QQ: How long I can get the goods after confirm order?

A

A: We need 7-30days for production; If you pay 100%TT, we will book ship in advance, no need to wast time waiting for delivery.

QQ: Is inspection need after final production?

A

A:  Our QC team to control the quality within and after final production. The buyer's inspection is also allowed.

A: Yes, there are 3 ways:

2: Place order with our truck;

Step 3.

Shipment your car

We will arrange the earliest shipment as soon as we confirm your payment.

Step 4.

Dispatching Shipping Documents

After shipment, we will send you copies of documents (invoice, B/L, etc.) for you to check all the details.

We will release all the documents by DHL or EMS and send you the tracking number by e-mail. Delivery driver will post the documents within 3-4 days.

Keystone Vessel has been facilitated with more than 2000 sets of equipment, such as plasma cutting machines, US Lincoln welding machines, welding robots, all kinds of large and medium-sized rolling machines, beveling machines, cranes, heat treatment furnace, NDT equipment, 2000 tons of spherical shell press machines and other large heavy equipment. Keystone Vessel has a sound quality assurance system and perfect quality control procedures. Products from the entry of raw materials to the delivery to the user must pass 111 quality control points, 243 quality control procedures and 47 procedure document reviews. Annual radiographic inspection films of the products exceed more than 400,000 copies and each product quality files keep for more than 20 years, so each weld quality can be tracked. Keystone Vessel  continues to carry out the LEAN Management, introduce the ONE module, passes the HSE system(quality, occupational health and safety, environment) certification and realizes the comprehensive management of information, quality and workers in the manufacturing site.
