II. Key Safety Notes
• Triethylaluminum is pyrophoric (ignites spontaneously in air), so the storage tank must be strictly sealed to prevent air ingress. The tank should be equipped with a dedicated pressure relief valve and a sealed sampling port, and the connection parts should use corrosion-resistant and airtight seals (such as fluororubber or metal seals).
• The test pressure of 1.0 MPa is the hydrostatic test pressure for the tank. The test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB 150 "Pressure Vessels" to ensure no leakage, deformation or other defects of the tank body.
• The storage environment must be dry, well-ventilated, and away from open flames, heat sources and oxidants. The ambient temperature should be controlled within the design temperature range to avoid excessive pressure inside the tank caused by high temperature or material solidification caused by ultra-low temperature.
• S30408 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance to triethylaluminum, but it is forbidden to contact the tank with strong acids, strong bases and other substances that may corrode the material to avoid damaging the tank body.
• Before use, the tank should be purged and replaced with inert gas (such as nitrogen) to remove the air inside the tank. During use and storage, regular inspections of the tank's sealing performance, pressure status and tank body integrity should be carried out, and detailed inspection records should be kept.
III. Supplementary Instructions

This storage tank is specially designed for the storage of triethylaluminum. It is strictly prohibited to use it for storing other incompatible chemicals. The operation, maintenance and inspection of the tank must be carried out by professional personnel who are familiar with the hazardous characteristics of triethylaluminum and have received professional training. All operations shall comply with the relevant national standards and safety regulations for hazardous chemicals storage.
