SYNOPSIS:
Keystone Vessel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is authorized to manufacture the following specification cylinders UN ISO 18172-1 and UN ISO 21172-1 drawing numbers: KSC40L-00, Rev. 1, UNISO 18172-1:2007 and KSC450B-00, Rev. 1, UNISO 21172-1:2015 by the Gas Metal Arc Weld manufacturing method, at the facility located at the address above, under the supervision of the Independent Inspection Agency identified under section 5 (b) of this approval. The Chemical Analysis is performed at Wuhan Measurement & Test Co., Ltd located at No.66 Xinggu Road, Shuangliu Steet Xinzhou District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, People's Republic of China. This approval is a Conditional Approval for 2½ years to allow for PHMSA to conduct an onsite fitness inspection of the facility.

This approval is issued in response to Keystone Vessel Manufacturing Co., Ltd.'s Application dated November 05, 2024, requesting a Competent Authority approval to manufacture UN ISO 18172-1 and UN ISO 21172-1 cylinder specifications.
