Internal ring segments, drilled for assembly of 3 demountable and folded surge baffles, Baffles 3mm, stainless steel #304.

Valve cabinet on rear end for the bottom discharge, with lockable door. Operation decal on the inside of the valve cabinet door.
  1. Tank Openings & ConnectionsManhole
    1. Spiral wound gasket (PTFE/304 or PTFE with 25% glass filled)
    2. DN500 inside diameter, with bolted cover
    3. One (1) manhole at rear end of the container.
  1. Safety Relief Valve
    1. Gasket PTFE with stainless steel core.
    2. Size DN80, equipped with Fort Vale relief valve (FV 015/21025F), open @ 7bar Bursting Disc @ 7.7bar, manometer (0-16bar, tell-tale type), and custom seals.
    3. One (1) flange for safety relief valve on top of tank (approx 18°offset from vertical center-line.

Sun Shield

Tank fitted with a sun shield of 2mm aluminum alloy (3003), pre-painted white (equivalent) RAL 9010, covered angle approx. 120°.
Sunshield plates hold by 4 pieces stainless steel bands
  1. Surface Treatment Internal tank surface treatment
    1. The vessel will be delivered in a Nitrogen purged condition and filled
    2. All surfaces shotblasted to SA 2½.
    3. Welds will be cleaned

with 1 Bar Nitrogen. Dew point -20ºC or below. Oxygen content less than 3%.
