The effective volume of the tank is 20 cubic meters, the tank body is cylindrical, made of high-quality international 304 type stainless steel 6mm, stainless steel wave plate 4mm, 4 layers in total (each upper and lower C-shaped flow port is welded firmly with a 150 mm wide C-shaped stainless steel plate to prevent cracking), a feed inlet of the tank body is equipped with a discharge outlet, and the inlet and outlet are sealed with nitrogen to isolate air and water, a 530mm diameter Maintenance manhole, glass fiber insulation for tank body, plus 1mm stainless steel mirror panel protection

Top Discharge Assembly 1 x 2" ANSI 150# weld in pad fitted with 2" AZ-F2 fire safe flanged plug
valve complete with bolted blank flange retained by chain.
A full length 2" flanged siphon tube is fitted with tube guide and sump. The valve will be painted in Red and shall be marked with "Phosphorus". Gasket: VSP(PITA)
Weld-in pad fitted horizontally on top centre line.
Nitrogen Connection 1 x 1.5" ANSI 150# weld in pad fitted with 1.5" AZ-F2 fire safe flanged plug
valve complete with bolted blank flange retained by chain.

Water Connection 1 x 2" ANSI 150# weld in pad fitted with a 2" to 1.5" adaptor flange and 1.5"
AZ-F2 fire safe flanged plug valve complete with bolted blank flange retained by chain.
The valve will be painted in Green and shall be marked with "Water". Gasket: VSP(PITA)
Weld-in pad fitted horizontally on top centre line.
Relief Valve Assembly 1 x DN 80 flanged pressure relief valve with flameproof gauze, fitted with
bursting disc and manometer.
Set pressure: valve 4.4 bar; disc rated at 4.84 bar. Weld-in pad fitted horizontally on top centre line.
Spill Boxes 2 top spill boxes with lockable aluminium covers provided as follows:-
Centre box with lid flat open to front contains Manway assembly and PR Valve.
Rear box with lid flat open to front contains Top outlet, Nitrogen connection and Water connection.
Drainage pipes made of 304 stainless steel fitted to each side of each box.
Walkway „A Type walkway, 475 wide aluminium „Q grating fitted as follows:-
2 full length walkways fitted with two transverse sections, one adjacent to the centre spill box, one across rear of tank.
Electrolytic barriers fitted between differing materials.
Insulation Tank insulated with 25mm PU outside plus 25mm rock wool inside where
possible. Tank ends insulated with rockwool.
Aluminium foil will be fitted between insulation and tank shell. External cladding: 0.8mm nominal Aluminium
Steam Heating 12 longitudinal runs heating coils, giving actual surface of heating 6.5
M2(effective heating area of 13 M2 )will be fitted.
The working pressure is 4 bar and the testing pressure is 6 bar Inlet connection and outlet connection are 1" BSP.
Stainless steel caps and chain will be fitted.
Thermometer 1 off, Dual scale thermometer, -40° C to 160° C, liquid filled, fitted on rear
end to lower left side.
Ladder 1-off, Aluminium with anti-slip rungs, fitted at the rear RHS of the tank. Electrolytic barrier tape will be positioned between any dissimilar metals.
Earthing Plate 1 off, welded to bottom frame rear end of tank
Document Holder 1 off, in tubular PVC
Decal Mandatory markings supplied and fitted, Owners logo decal artwork to be supplied by TWS, will make the logo decal and stick onto the tank.
Data Plate 1 off SS consolidated data plate as per code.
Internal Finish Longitudinal welds: as-welded
Circumferential welds: as-welded but with 400 mm ground flush at the bottom centre.
Entire internal surface chemically cleaned and passivated after completion of all welding and dressing.
External Finish Tank Shell: External surface of tank cleaned after completion of all welding
and testing.
Framework: All carbon steel frame parts will be shot blasted to Swedish standard SA2½ followed by the application of:-
