Frac tank" is a generic term for a mobile steel storage tank used to hold liquids. Typically used for fracing wells in the oil and gas industry, a frac tank may also be used to store liquids like drilling fluids ,run-off water, diesel fuel, glycol, oils, waste products, etc. They are usually 21,000 gallon-500BBL single wall steel tanks, but are also offered as double wall tanks. These tanks have a single rear axle, allowing them to be moved with a winch truck or tractor when empty.

Item	ACID TANKERS FOR TRANSPORTING RAW AND MIXED ACID:
1	Acid Tankers for transporting mixed acid (20% HCl Acid with additives) Tanker body 6-8 mm thickness ASTM A36 steel with dish ends, and PE inner liner 16mm. Shapes of the tanker horizontal cylindrical, built on semi-trailer with king pin 3.5-inch tandem axil, 1200x20 tires. Capacity of tankers should be not less than (30 m³). The tanker should be divided to three equal sections, each section has the following specification: Capacity (3x10 m^3*) (20" in diam.) main hole for inspection and cleaning (quick opening) Each section port in the bottom should be provided with 4" acid resistance Emergency cut-off valve. Provided with level indicator Recirculation line should be 4" connected to each section provided with 4" fig-100 thread ends. Tankers should be supplied with walk way & ladders. The tanker is coated with epoxy resistance to HCL acid and its additives for bother inside & outside (or any equivalent efficient material). Each section supplied with relief valve (Butterfly valve). All sections should be connected to suction manifold (4") supplied with 4" butterfly valve & 4" fig-100 thread end, at the rear of the tanker. 4" four hoses 5-meter length each with fig-100 for each tanker
2	Acid tanker for transporting raw acid (32% HCl) (32%) Tanker capacity 30 m³ Tanker body 6-8mm, ASTM A36 steel with dish ends. Shape of the tanker cylindrical horizontal, built on semi-trailer with king pin 3.5" tandem axils, 1200x20 tiers. The tanker should be lined with 16mm anti-acid PE (ambient temp. -5~+60 ºC), and painted from the outside with anti-acid epoxy The tanker should be supplied with two top quick opening main hole for loading, walkway and ladder. Unloading by an emergency cut-off valve at the rear of the tanker. The tanker should be supplied with 0.5" NPT thread and with one butterfly valve at the top for unloading by air. Hoses for loading and unloading
3	Skid mounted centrifugal pump driven by diesel engine (2~3) cylinder with sufficient HP used for transferring acid HCl 32%, pumping rate = 700 lit/min Complete with hoses & fitting
4	Spare parts and accessories for items 1&2&3 including valves, hoses, and fittings for two years operations.
5	Storage tanks for acid (32% HCl) total capacity 30-100 m³ rubber lined with the following specification: Capacity of each tanker 60 m³ Shape of tanks: horizontal cylindrical. Two main holes (20" in diam.) quick open. Top flange (6") with 1/2" NPT nipple and one butterfly valve for compressor air inlet. Lining PE 16mm (working temp. 60 ºC) Material of construction: carbon steel ASTM A36. Tanks should be externally painted with epoxy acid resistance. Thickness of shell/end plates 10 mm. Thickness of baffle: 6 mm Loading type: top loading. Unloading: butterfly valve with (2") nipple (rubber lined or equivalent). Other accessories: Ladder Walkway
6	Acid (HCl) mixing tanks rectangular section skid mounted with the following specification: (HCl), Tank capacity: 60 m³ Material of construction: carbon steel ASTM A36. Wall thickness (8mm) with supporting beams, base of tank (10mm) thickness. Closed top with two main hole (20") diameter quick open. Suction manifold consist of (3) suction point size (4") Fig-100 (two thread and one wing) with acid resistance butterfly vale. Drain (2") valve at the bottom of the tank. The tank should be painted with acid resistance epoxy from outside and inside. (4) lifting hook for each tank. Two ladders for outside and inside. Level stick gradual for each (2 m³) volume.
7	Electrical acid (32%) transfer pump 3-phase, 380V, 400 Lit/min discharge (2" X 2") complete with (2") flanged nipples.
8	Diesel driven acid (32%) transfer pump 400 Lit/min discharge (2"X 2") complete with (2") flanged nipples.
9	Spare parts and accessories: Valve for storage tank. (2") flanged nipples. (2") Spare flanged, stud and spools. , Butterfly vales acid resistance for mixing tanks. (2") rubber hose acid resistance (stick steel supported). (5") suction hose (7m) length with 4" fig-100 thread and wing end heavy duty.
