IHF chemical centrifugal pump widely used in: automobile manufacturing pickling, painting process; Electrolyte transport in nonferrous metal smelting; Process flow of chlorine water, wastewater treatment and acid addition in ion membrane caustic soda project.

• Product Introduction:

  lined chemical pump is developed according to international standard. The pump casing is made of cast steel lined with PTFE (F46); cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are made of metal wrapped by PTFE( F46). We use the bellow type mechanical steel as the shaft seal, with 99% alumina ceramics ( or silicon nitride) statot and PTFE-packing rotator, to achieve good corrosive-resistant and seal. It has several advantages of strong mechanical robustness, hard aging, no toxin broken up, and strong corrosion resistance. It can deliver any concentrate organic acid, inorganic acid, or both mixed.

  IHF centrifugal pump overview

  Standardized design

  IHF centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to international standards and national standards. Its performance, rated performance point and size are equivalent to the international standard ISO2858.

  Patented lining process
  Both the body and the pump cover are made of fluoroplastic lined with metal (HT200) matrix, and the impeller is made of fluoroplastic alloy with metal insert (WCB).
  Advantages: wide range of corrosion resistance, high strength and durability.

  Reliable mechanical seal:

  The shaft seal adopts advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of alumina (99.99%) ceramic, and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoride filling material (or other materials according to the user's special working conditions).
  Advantages: corrosion resistance, good sealing, easy installation, easy maintenance.
