5. Usage and Safety Precautions
5.1 Storage Requirements

The Specialty Gas cylinders should be stored in a dedicated storage area with a temperature of 15-30℃ and relative humidity RH ≤ 60% . They should be fixed with anti-toppling brackets with a bearing capacity not less than twice the weight of the cylinder, and the valve outlet should face away from the operation channel . TEOS and TEB cylinders should be stored separately from incompatible gases (such as strong acids, strong bases) and equipped with independent ventilation systems.
5.2 Transportation Requirements
During transportation, the cylinders should be packaged in wooden boxes or cartons filled with foam or sponge for shock absorption and fixation . They should be protected from impact, extrusion and moisture, and comply with the relevant provisions of the UN Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations (TDG) . The transportation process should be accompanied by complete documents such as quality certificates and safety technical specifications for dangerous goods.
5.3 Operation Precautions
Operators should be professionally trained and familiar with the properties of TEOS and TEB. During use, avoid collision and damage to the cylinder and valve. Before use, check the airtightness of the Gas cylinder and the connecting pipeline. After use, close the valve tightly and perform nitrogen purging if necessary . In case of gas leakage, immediately evacuate the personnel to a safe area, ventilate the site, and take emergency disposal measures according to the emergency plan.
